After many years in clinical practice and supporting thousands of clients, we are pleased to introduce Psych-K® as part of our clinical offering.
Many people come to us highly motivated, with a clear understanding of what they would like to change. They recognise their symptoms, behaviours or patterns. Yet despite insight, effort and commitment, the same difficulties can keep returning.
Through working with many clients over the years, we have come to understand that this is rarely due to a lack of willpower. We believe it is more often because the subconscious mind is running old programmes formed long ago, frequently for protection or survival, which no longer serve who someone is today. These programmes can be deeply rooted and largely beyond the conscious awareness of the person.
Psych-K is designed to work precisely at this level. It helps bridge the gap between wanting change and being able to live that change.
What Is Psych-K?
Psych-K® is a structured mind body process that helps identify and transform subconscious beliefs that influence health, behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
Rather than focusing only on conscious thought, Psych-K® works with the deeper layers of the mind that drive automatic reactions and long-standing patterns. By updating this internal programming, people often find that change feels less like a battle and more like a natural next step.

Why Change Is So Difficult
Most people assume that change depends on determination and discipline. In reality, conscious effort accounts for only a small proportion of what shapes behaviour.

The subconscious mind controls habits, emotional responses, stress reactions and much of the body’s regulation. If subconscious beliefs contradict conscious goals, the system defaults to what feels familiar and safe, even when that no longer supports health or happiness.
