We work closely with our sister company Margaret Hills Health and Lifestyle to help support the community. These free sessions are offered on a first come first served basis, although if you tell us you are coming (phone 01926 854783) it helps to ensure you are seen. You may be asked to come at a specific time.
What kind of help can we offer during these sessions?
These chats are designed to gain insights into how we might approach your health condition. Sessions last 10-15 minutes and we can usually see 8 people during the 2-hour session - sometimes more if they are shorter enquiries.
Everyone is welcome to attend, and you can come multiple times if needed.
These short, free sessions do not replace personal consultations. We are unable to give advice that is personal to your situation without taking a full a medical history.
We can help with the following:
Explaining your diagnosis - We understand it's easy to get overwhelmed when receiving a medical diagnosis. We have knowledge and experience with chronic health conditions, and can help explain more about your condition from a functional medicine point of view.
Product selection: We can help you understand which supplements may be appropriate to help support your needs.
Introduce you to how we work in consultation: If you need one-to-one support but would prefer to meet us first and ask questions about how we work and what to expect.
Gain an insight into our approaches to health problems: Ask us about anything health related, whether it is how to deal with that cough or sore throat right down to the management of complex illnesses.
General support: We have a lovely community in Kenilworth which we are proud to support the healthcare of. There is always a seat available and a hot kettle for anyone that needs a chat about what is going on for them or just to check in and say hello.
We cannot advise suitability of anything specific for you without knowing your medical history.
We cannot advise on prescription medication and how it may interact with any naturopathic interventions.
