Step One: Deep Dive Review: £599

(Includes two 60-minute intake sessions scheduled close together)

Our Deep Dive Review offers a thorough, two-session process. We recognize that chronic illness can feel like an incomplete puzzle. Our goal is to help you piece together your health story and medical history to uncover patterns and insights that may have been missed.

Splitting the intake into two sessions helps preserve your energy and focus, preventing overwhelm and allowing for deeper reflection between meetings. The first session is dedicated to listening to your full health narrative. After careful analysis and investigation into your medical history, the second session revisits your story to explore potential root causes and identify areas for further investigation. Together, we’ll develop a personalized roadmap for your condition. ***Please send any relevant medical records and test results for us to analyse in between these 2 appointments***​​​​​​​

True recovery from chronic illness takes time, commitment, and support. Our follow on 12-week programme offers 3 sessions, spaced monthly, to refine your recovery plan and build upon the changes you are making. For those who require this support the 3 month continuation package will provide this.

Our programme focuses on creating lasting change and improving your health for the long term, whilst lowering risk for other common diseases.

Step Two - 3 month continuation package £895

If you wish to continue receiving support after completing your Deep Dive Review, we offer a 3-month continuation package:

 

• 3 x 60 min sessions within 12 weeks.​​​

• Practitioner messaging service for the duration of your package - Short queries can be answered and clarifications of your programme, but more in depth questions will be saved until the next appointment.

• You will have free access to any clinic educational webinars or group sessions for the duration of your package. (See events page for upcoming sessions)
