About the Event
The group will be limited to a small number of participants and is aimed at anyone who would like help understanding how to be in a calmer state and grow more resilient. EFT can be applied to many different things (pain,disease, emotion, behaviour patterns) and when you begin using the technique you begin to change how your nervous system responds to everyday life. You will learn daily techniques as well as practices you can do in more challenging times of stress.
