We’re all aware of the impact the current pandemic is having on our lives. There’s a lot you can do to help build your own resilience by optimising your immune system. This session will focus on the role of food in your immune system and which foods to eat and avoid.

Join us for a series of 4 webinars, beginning Saturday 6th February at 9am, to learn more about how you can protect yourself against infections.

In the webinars, we will go through the following subjects:
Session 1: “Beyond the mask” | Saturday 6th Feb, 9am
How your body's natural defence against bugs and viruses works and how to enhance it
Session 2: “Eat yourself well” | Saturday 13th Feb, 9am
The role of food in your immune system and which foods to eat and avoid.
Session 3: “Turbocharge” | Saturday 20th Feb, 9am
The role of nutritional supplements and how they can support your immune system or your recovery from infection.
Session 4: “Q&A” | Saturday 27th Feb, 9am
You can pre-submit questions to us throughout the series. In this session the team atJulia Davies Nutrition will run through a selection of these.
These sessions are free to attend in the spirit of knowledge sharing and coming together as a community to do our best to help ourselves.
