Julia Davies is the granddaughter of Margaret Hills. Margaret Hills suffered from severe osteoarthritis in her early 20s while undergoing nursing training and later developed rheumatoid arthritis, which led to a six-month hospital stay with complete bed rest. At that time, treatment options were limited, focusing mainly on rest and pain management. Margaret's determination to reclaim her life, along with her medical knowledge, helped her discover natural methods to aid her recovery. After fully recovering from both RA and OA, she began sharing her approach with others in hopes of assisting them. This marked the beginning of the Margaret Hills programme for arthritis, which remains in use over 50 years later.
