I have always been fascinated in people and enjoy helping others. I love being a Registered Nutritional Therapist because I get to meet so many different people and help them with their individual journeys. We work together to strengthen and improve diet and lifestyle and it’s wonderful to see people become inspired, healthier and happier.
I grew up in a family who loved to cook and eat well. I was always surrounded by simple, healthy food and became interested in cooking from about 8 years old. We didn’t use fancy ingredients or appliances but we always ate fruit and vegetables that were in season, and meal times were about family and sharing.
Upon starting my career, I realised early on that I am most suited and motivated by helping people. I gained experience in the education sector, supporting people with disabilities, physical and psychological conditions. The natural progression for me was to combine my love for food and eating well with my desire to help and motivate others, so I decided to train as a Nutritional Therapist.
