BA (hons), DipCNM, CNHC, mBANT
After many years as a graphic designer in The USA and Australia, I decided to follow my passion for health and nutrition after moving to the UK and study at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, where I certified as a Nutritional Therapist.
My fascination with nutrition began in my early twenties when I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. I learned to manage my condition solely through nutrition and lifestyle changes and to overcome several resulting food intolerances with long term gut work. I’ve also been inspired by others who have improved their general wellbeing and lived long and healthy lives by making the best lifestyle choices possible. I love working with people to achieve their optimal health.
I joined the team at JDN several years ago and have enjoyed working with people with a variety of health concerns
When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking and developing recipes, baking healthy treats, fitness, yoga, travel, embroidery and tending to my vegetable garden.
